เพราะว่า การคำนวนแบบนั้น ใช้ได้กับ สี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้า หรือจตุรัสเท่านั้น !!!!!!!

ถ้า ที่ดินเป็นทรงอื่นจะไม่สามารถคำนวนได้เลยครับ ต้องรังวัดเอาเท่านั้นครับ
